We utilize various tools to create our project plans, and in our project management methodology, we conduct a review meeting every three weeks to ensure the plan is running smoothly. If issues arise, we discuss internally to identify the cause of any detours, evaluate all possible scenarios to get back on track, and choose the option that is most beneficial for our client's business solutions.  

Changes along the way are inevitable; every project experiences them. We have established a change request policy to address this. Each requested change is analyzed by our engineers, consultants, and project managers, classifying them into three levels: low, medium, or high impact changes. Low-impact changes are typically managed by the project managers (including those on the client side) and are often accepted. However, medium or high-impact changes require discussion with the business board to modify the original plan and budget or to create a parallel or future project incorporating that change.
